Building on years of experience within legal frameworks, we have established a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical, medical and corporate sectors. Our work is focused on supporting leadership, innovation and the development of corporate societies across the Middle East.
Our journey began in 2012 with volunteer work, founding the first national awareness club dedicated to legal education. That initiative grew into offices that now specialise in applying legal expertise to support technological progress and emerging businesses.

Dana is a Jordanian legal & mediation consultant with extensive experience in corporate, tax and banking transactions, having served as a legal consultant and international-agreements expert across Jordan, Geneva, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
She brings deep experience in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors, having advised leading international companies on regulatory compliance, intellectual property, licensing agreements and dispute resolution.
